- Launch of Hindustan Unilever Ltd (HUL) Toothbrushes – Pepsodent and Close-up – Sole Manufacturer – Jewel
- 10 Million Toothbrushes supplied
- 50+ Million Toothbrushes supplied

Our Leadership
Mr. Amit Goradia, a Mechanical engineer from IIT (Mumbai), started his career as a management trainee at Pioneer Equipment Co. Pvt Ltd. in 1973 and went on to head the company as the Managing Director. He, and Ms. Geeta Goradia, founded the Jewel Group of Companies in 1993 as the sole supplier of toothbrushes to Hindustan Unilever Ltd.

Ms. Geeta Goradia has a Masters in Industrial Economics and was a lecturer of ‘Business Economics’ at the Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda. She founded the Jewel group of companies in 1993 with Mr. Amit Goradia, and took the helm as the Managing Director of the organisation. She handles the Operations and Production of the company and serves as an independent director at other reputed organisations.

Mr. Suhrud Goradia is a Mechanical Engineer from the University of Manchester of Science and Technology (UMIST). After work experience in the field of Polymers, he did his MBA from Cambridge University, UK. He joined Jewel in 2004 and currently heads the company as the Chief Executive Officer. He developed the in-house Jewel Brands EzyBe and Syncare.

Dr. Tim Preusser has a Doctorate in Mechanical Engineering and two decades of experience as Managing Director, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of various international groups. He specialises in restructuring, turnarounds, corporate development, strategy development and realizations.

Mr. Jal Patel is a Chartered Accountant and Company secretary. A highly respected industrialist, he is an Independent Director in several reputed public companies including Gujarat Gas Company Ltd., ABC Bearings Ltd and Dinesh Mills Ltd.

Mr. Mayur K. Swadia is a renowned CA. He is the MD of K.M Swadia & Co., the oldest professional advisory and consulting firm in Gujarat. He is a Director in many listed & unlisted companies, including Panasonic Energy India Co. Ltd. He has chaired the Baroda Branch of ICAI and vice-chaired Western India Regional Council of ICAI. He is also President of Baroda Lions Education Trust and Treasurer and Trustee of Baroda Citizens Council.
